Five Basic Life Skills:  8:30am – 12:00pm
Participants will learn the five (5) basic life skills that govern how we think, how we feel, how we view the world, how we perform on the job and how we manage relationships. These are the core survival skills of today’s fast paced and forever changing world. You use these skills daily…with intention or casually, your soft-skill levels determine your effectiveness to deal with people, change and conflict. Participants will learn the principals to develop self-awareness, self-responsibility and self-accountability.

Emotional Intelligence: 1:30p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Participants will be introduced to the Five (5) core competencies of Emotional Intelligence. An emotionally intelligent individual learns the ability to better communicate, connect and persuade behavior patterns within themselves and those around them. Emotional Intelligence refers to a different way of being smart. It's not your IQ--it's how well you manage yourself and your relationships, how well you can work on a team, your ability to lead, your capacity to anticipate the future.
