If wisdom is the goal in your decision making, we see this definition at work.

The Knots Prayer
Dear God:
Please untie the knots that are in my mind, my heart and my spirit.
Remove the have-nots, the can-nots and the do-nots that I have in my mind.
Erase the will-nots, may-nots, might-nots that may find a home in my heart.
Release me from the could-nots, would-nots and should-nots that obstruct my spirit.
And most of all, Dear God, I ask that you remove from my mind, my heart and my spirit all of the am-nots that I have allowed to hold me back especially the thoughts that I am not good enough!
Amen

The River...

Today's entry has to do with the recovery period AFTER the pressure.
Pressure is part of the set up in life, we'll ...

20He went on: "What comes out of a man is what makes him 'unclean.' 21For from within, out of men's hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. 23All these evils come from inside and make a man 'unclean.'
