Maturity Matters introduces you to a new nine (9) point behavior metrics that measures maturity. The short answer is yes…we all have immature habits (yes, you too).
The program develops soft-skill sets or competencies in two domains, personal and relational. The personal instruction introduces you to your own immature behaviors.
The entire program has three developmental stages:
- Self-Awareness to immature / mature behaviors
- Self-Responsibility to monitor / adapt
- Self-Accountability to initiate response / change
As you increase awareness and advance through the program you will create transitional tools to aide in self-responsibility and self-accountability.
The transitional tools you create then aide in your relationships (personal and professional). In your “maturing-state” you gather new insights to the difficult people. Thinking is clearer. Recovery is quicker. Communication gaps are bridged.
The Maturity Tracks enhance your ability to identify immature behaviors. Each Maturity Track drills down to specific immature behavior related to topics of Safety, Youth, Workforce Development and Ministries. Maturity Matters supports the fundamental principals of Human Performance Improvement .
Most often the immature thoughts and feelings lead to immature behaviors in the workplace. Immaturity directly affects personal performance as well as team morale.
